福島第１原発事故にチェルノブイリのメルトダウンをイメージしてるのでしょうか、
(最悪の時)からの外出を控えるための作業ではと推測。
店頭にあるべき食品、飲料水がない・・・不気味で緊張する風景です。


今は意義で事故に対処されてる作業員方の勇気に縋るしかない現状です。
